If you like something and want to buy it but shipping to your country is not available on the website, please get in touch on info@saneymi.com for a purchase and delivery.

Return and cancellation policy

  • You may cancel any order placed before the purchase has been dispatched.
  • Returns for most items within 7 working days of receipt of the goods,as long as they have not been worn or damaged. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for any items that have been worn or damaged.
  • If you are unhappy with an item when you receive it or if you have simply changed your mind please return it, with the order details.
  • We can offer a full refund if you return the item within 30 days of purchase.
  • If an item is faulty we offer free return delivery (please use Royal Mail second class, proof of postage)
    If you are returning an item for any other reason – you must bear the cost of postage.
  • If you are returning an item for any other reason then you must post the item yourself.
  • Please note that items must be returned unused in the condition it was in when delivered to you having taken reasonable care of it and complete with packaging and all the components particularly the jewellery . Once we have inspected the returned item/s and are satisfied with the returned goods, we will give you a full refund ( adding or deducting postage as applicable) directly to the card used to place the original order within 30 working days of receiving the item.
  • If you would like to continue with a return, please contact us via email stating your full order details in it.
  • If you have multiple items within your order please be clear in your message which item you would like to return.
  • Items purchsed on discounted price during sales, must be returned within 14days after being delivered to the customer.
